East Midlands Tourism is a division of the East Midlands Development Agency.
Any information you supply to East Midlands Tourism with will be retained on a

particular travel interests, it may be used for statistical purposes. If so used,
the statistical reports generated will not identify individuals in any way. By
registering with East Midlands Tourism you have consented to receive information
from East Midlands Tourism or its official Tourism Organisation partners as requested.
Any information supplied to us will be treated in compliance with the UK Data
Protection Act. If you indicated that you do not wish to register, East Midlands
Tourism will not send you information. Your data will be retained on a database
and used for statistical purposes only. From time to time we may also wish to
contact you in association with carefully selected travel partners whose products
and services are relevant to you. If you do not wish to receive information from
such companies, simply tick the box at the end of the registration form. East
Midlands Tourism will not sell, trade or rent your information to others unless
you have given us your permission. With your permission we will only share the
information with carefully chosen, reputable and trustworthy third parties.
